President:
Yvonne Saara Gladbach
        (University Rostock (IBIMA), University Heidelberg)

Yvonne is the president after the re-activation of the RSG Germany, a PhD student for computational biology, doing me2sports and involved in volunteer work. Her PhD work focuses on the best drug predictions for acute leukemia as well as other projects to evaluate PD and Alzheimer.
The former work was about antibiotic resistances, bacteria subtyping of hospital strains and the differences in early- and elderly-onset prostate cancer. Trying to get the RSG Germany up again;)
Vice President:
Nikos Papadopoulos
(Max Plank Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, University Göttingen)

maxplanck
Niko is Greek but his life as a Bioinformatician started with his studies in Munich. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Computational Biology at the lab of Johannes Soeding (Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Göttingen), where he is developing a noise model for single-cell RNA sequencing data. As the vice president of RSG Germany he makes sure that stuff gets done and reminds people of what they have to do, when he doesn't forget it himself.
Secretary:
Anubhav Kaphle
(Max Plank Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, University Göttingen)

Anubhav is a Masters student in Molecular Biology at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Göttingen. He is Anubhav_Kaphleinterested in Statistical learning and application of Artificial Intelligence to solve problems in health sectors. Currently, he is applying different Statistical methosds for comprehensive discory of cis and trans eQTLs in the human genome. He is a strong believer in opportunities that the student associations offer to connect to people, learn ideas and empower budding computational biologists.
